chainer.functions.absolute_error(x0, x1)[source]

Element-wise absolute error function.

Computes the element-wise absolute error $$L$$ between two inputs $$x_0$$ and $$x_1$$ defined as follows.

$L = |x_0 - x_1|$
Parameters: x0 (Variable or N-dimensional array) – First input variable. x1 (Variable or N-dimensional array) – Second input variable. An array representing the element-wise absolute error between the two inputs. Variable
